Parents' Day is celebrated on the fourth Sunday of July each year. It was established in 1994 when President Bill Clinton signed a Congressional Resolution into law (Public Law 103-362). The purpose of the day is to promote responsible parenting and to recognize the positive role that parents play in their children's lives. It's a day for children and families to acknowledge and appreciate their parents, often with celebrations, gifts, and family activities.#parentsday #responsible #parenting #appreciation #familyactivities #dwaynespencefuneralhome
